Interfaces

WINPHO is designed to provide an interface to, and therefore between, commercial mugshot systems. However, those commercial systems move and store data in a way that is highly proprietary. WIN has approached a number of mugshot system vendors with the notion of building an interface to WINPHO. Reaction has been varied and somewhat unpredictable. However, at the end of the grant period we are proud to count the following vendors’ interfaces among our successes:

Commercial System Interface Provider Location
ImageWare CDI Portland Police Bureau, Portland, Oregon
Printrak DataWorks Plus Ada County Sheriff, Boise, Idaho
Polaroid Polaroid Oregon DMV
CDI CDI Orange County Sheriff, Santa Ana, California
DBI (now Visionics) DBI (now Visionics) Carson City Sheriff, Carson City, Nevada
